Crevasse and Chimera cannot be present on the same boucle.

Crevasse is related to chimerism, and creates “rifts” in the Boucle’s coat. These rifts may be of any colour, but unless the main coat is a bonbon colour the rift will not be one. If a rift touches the mane or tail it will affect the hairs.

Rifts have their own genetics, and pass from the parent.

Crevasse x Crevasse breedings will result in the two crevasse genotypes combining to make the foal’s crevasse genotype, if they inherit the mutation.

Crevasse x Chimera breedings will result in the crevasse and chimera genotypes combining to make one of the foal’s seconadry genotypes if they also inherit crveasse or chimera.
