Outline makes a dark or black outline around white markings. It may or may not surround all white markings, but must be visible somewhere. In non-extended form it can be about as wide as the eye. It may or may not have ragged or blended edges.
If no edges to the white markings show (for example, Dominant White that covers the whole Boucle) then no Outline will show.
In extended form, it can be wider and any colour!
